The National Key Account Manager will play a significant role building and managing the day to day partnership with key national customer by leveraging the system brand, human and technical resources in order to deliver the core business plan objectives.
Space Planner
In charge for such pivotal role in Sales & Marketing area, you would be responsible for the following Activities:
* Providing and coordinating planogram set up by store as well as ensuring the implementation by doing regular observation and make necessary revision;
* Seeking and identifying opportunities in order to maximize volume growth, value and profitability by optimizing space utilization;
* Effectively utilize resources within Coca-Cola System in order to maintain and develop strong relationship with nominated customers so as to build a long term partnership and commitment to our brands:
* Providing space management review to support the plan development and decision making process with respect on share, price product range, distribution, investment focus, in-store merchandising and promotional programs;
* Supporting NKAM's and Retailers in developing their categories by utilizing category and business plans, developing initiatives through analysis of scan data an various category diagnostics.
* Working on Adhoc projects and initiatives for the Foodstore channel to further accelerate its growth and profit.
Ideally the incumbent would be required to demonstrate the following qualifications:
* Holding minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably from one of top universities in Indonesia;
* Having minimum of one (2) year experience in space planning or space management functions. Additional exposures in modern channel and/or retail areas would be considered as a significant plus;
* Good understanding in merchandising and category management;
* Performing sufficient understanding of foodstore concepts;
* Good interpersonal skill, selling skill, coupled with result oriented type of personality;
* Used to adjust himself with highly dynamic working environment and under pressure situation
National Account Executive
In this function, you will be in charge for the following roles:
*
Helping the NKAM manage our National customers.
*
Opportunity to take a lead in the management of the smaller retail banners of our national customers
*
Management of MAA & PPA submissions and administration
*
Maintaining the sales planning tool including sales forecasting
*
Assisting in the management of OPAL to improve Forecasting and DIFOTAI
*
Coordination of cooler equipment for the NKA team
*
Assist in developing and monitoring promotional activity for NKA customers
*
Assist the development and roll out of planograms and category reviews.
*
Manage the implementation of Vending in the National Accounts
*
Manage the RTE at our National Customers
Ideally the incumbent would be required to demonstrate the following qualifications:
*
Holding minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably from one of top universities in Indonesia;

Having minimum of one (2) year experience in sales, additional exposures in modern channel and/or retail areas would be considered as a significant plus;

Demonstrates excellent capacity in dealing with spreadsheet and data processing

Possess excellent knowledge in financial principles and analysis

Proficient English communication skill, both written and verbal.
National Key Account Manager
Talented and energetic candidates are invited to apply for the National Key Account Manager Position with Key accountabilities including:
*
Working with the National Foodstore Manager to produce a joint Customer Business plan that delivers agreed trading terms, volume, profit and market share for the customer and CCA.
*
Conduct regular business reviews that identify issues, solutions and progress the CBP and in-store execution.
*
Leverage the information of the customer’s future direction to develop strategies that optimize sales opportunities for both CCDI and the customer.
*
Be a focal point of contact to the customer representing CCDI with accountability for decision making.
*
Drive category development, promotional programs and retail marketing through effective management of advertising budgets that result in benefiting both the customer and CCDI.
*
Position CCDI as the beverage supplier of choice.
*
Provide relevant information & analysis to facilitate a strong focus on the customer from management and MFS teams.
To succeed in this role, you will have Minimum three (3) years experience with customer sales management and possess an excellent ability to build partnerships and strategic working relationships. This position will provide you with a great opportunity to grow and develop as well as providing you with the opportunity to refine your communication, planning and organizing and negotiation skills.
