This includes the detailed material inventory requisitioned, configuration, problems encountered and, if available, its solution and the site status as completed.
• Coordinate with the other Managers and Section Head for details of site(s) and equipment/network configuration requirement prior to installation. Schedule and allocate available manpower and resources for the speed up the implementation.
• Prepare project various implementation processes and project budget of his area of responsibility.
• Headed to meet the group KPI/KRA and review subordinates performance appraisals.

General Qualification:
