• Furnish network equipment implementation activity schedule for Radio Planning, Transmission Planning, Project and Construction, Operations and Maintenance Departments and Logistics & Warehouse the itemized list of equipment for preparation and delivery to site.
• Manages and implement all site upgrade/downgrade and modifications like re-orientation, re-tilting, and re-location of equipment and additional infrastructure accordingly. This includes the detailed material inventory requisitioned, configuration, problems encountered and, if available, its solution and the site status as completed.
• Coordinate with the other Managers and Section Head for details of site(s) and equipment/network configuration requirement prior to installation. Schedule and allocate available manpower and resources for the speed up the implementation.
• Prepare project various implementation processes and project budget of his area of responsibility.
• Headed to meet the group KPI/KRA and review subordinates performance appraisals.


General Qualification:
• A graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering - specifically in Electrical & Electronics Communications from a reputable University
• At least 7 years minimum extensive experience in telecommunications (Dept Head), 5 years (Manager), 3 years (Supervisor), 2 years (Staff)_Network Implementation of NSS/BSC/BTS and Transmission installation and commissioning single or multi-vendor environment for CTMS (CDMA/GSM) and Involved on various project start-up of the network
