BSS Solution Architect - Jakarta

Job Function:

- To provide technical impact analysis of any new/revised functionality/ re-architecture of BCCS and recommend the proper solution
- To consistently monitor the BCCS architecture and components including its performance and capacity

- Work together with IT Infrastructure team to consistently monitor and maintain the basic component of BCCS

- To support and work together with IT Operational BSS Development team for enhancement/modification activities or project in BSS area

- Support UAT processes, inlcuding planning, execution and reports

- Develop and maintain a governance process for capacity planning of BCCS system

- To support post deployment governance activities, especially to define role and responsibility of parties involved

- Prepare capacity roadmap for all components in BSS area, including its overall architecture

- Manage all technical documents associated with BSS components

Requirements:

1) Education:
- Minimum Bachelor degree (S-1) in computer science or Information Technology from reputable university

2) Experience:
- Minimum 6 years in Telco industry with 4 years in BCCS environment

IT Infrastructure Sr. Manager - Planning & Development

Job Function:

- To manage the appropriate technology suitable for company business, both in area BSS and ESS

- To manage and control budget/ commercial related to IT infrastructure (capex and opex)

- To manage and control the development BRD/RFI/RFP as required and lead tender process

- To manage and control the IT infrastructure Capacity planning

- To manage and control Tracking and Change Management

- To maintain the validation of IT Infrastructure Architecture document

- To manage and monitor Enterprise Asset IT Infra Management

- To manage and control IT procedure and policy

- To manage and control Contract & Vendor Management

- To manage and control UAT preparation, development and documentation

Requirements:

1) Education:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Computer Science or IT from reputable university

2) Experience:
- Minimum six (6) years in IT Industry

3) Human Competency:
- Good communication skills

- Good adaptation skills

- Good in people management

4)Technical Competency:

Kertas Nusantara is one of the Largest single pulp lines mill in South East Asia. It has been designed to develop the downstream wood industry as part of the nation's effort to augment oil and gas exports.
The Pulp Mill is located in Mangkajang site in the Berau District of Kalimantan Timur. The Mangkajang site occupies a total of approximately 3,400 Ha and accommodates the pulp mill, wharf, warehouse areas and employee residential areas. It also includes a 1,260 Ha green belt area for native flora and fauna. Nearly 1400 company staff call Mangkajang home.

Database Administrator (DBA)

Qualification
· Diploma or Bachelor Degree (D3/S1) in Computer Science or related fields
· 3 - 5 years as a database administrator
· Good knowledge of Oracle Database in Unix environment
· Basic knowledge in programming concept
· Basic knowledge in Unix system
· Basic knowledge on LAN/WAN equipment and concepts
· Experience with ERP/MIMS system is desirable
· Poses strong communication skills both in Indonesian and English (speaking and writing)
· Must be able to work under pressure and handle stress effectively
· Willing to be rotated to Kertas Nusantara’ Site in Mangkajang, East Kalimantan

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the usage, accuracy, efficiency, security, maintenance, administration and development of an organization’s computerized database(s), providing support to all departments
· Perform daily status checks on all database systems
· Collaborate in the design and development of databases to meet new user needs and respond to/anticipate technological innovations
· Liaise with web developers to enable on-line database access and resolve associated problems
· Ensure backups are effective if restores are required
· Devise, develop and implement disaster recovery and archiving procedures
· Ensure that databases are updated accurately and regularly
· Control access to the database, performance monitoring and tuning

· Identify and resolve users' problems

Programmer Analyst

Qualification
· Diploma or Bachelor Degree (D3/S1) in Computer Science or related fields
· Posses all or any one of the following skills :

o Database programming preferably in Oracle
o Visual Basic Programming, VBA, MSAccess
o Web Programming in ASP, PHP, etc.

· Familiar with a formal Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
· Familiar with development of applications using structured analysis and design techniques
· Experiences with COBOL application in a UNIX environment would be an advantage.
· Previous experience with ERP system is desirable
· Poses strong communication skills both in Indonesian and English (speaking and writing)
· Must be able to work under pressure and handle stress effectively
· Willing to be rotated to Kertas Nusantara’ Site in Mangkajang, East Kalimantan

· Troubleshoot applicationg failures and execute recovery procedures
· Tune application performance as required
· Assist with planning for database and application upgrades
· Perform analysis and design for new developments
· Perform programming and testing for new developments
· Establish and maintain documentation for the support of all applications

· Liason with application vendors to troubleshoot problems

System Support Section Head (SSH)
