POSITION SYNOPSIS

Reporting to the Process Manager, you will be responsible for the
identification of alternatives for the mine design in this dynamic Nickel laterite development. You will be accountable for progressing the engineering study through basic and detailed engineering, as required by the study phase, in order to generate an optimised mine plan and extraction sequence. The execution of the mine strategy will comply with local and statutory laws and regulations, whilst ensuring optimum return for both the community and company. You will also be involved in contributing to the Ore Reserve Statement and Project Execution definition.


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE


Your solid background in large scale development projects and exposure to Nickel will be supported by a degree qualification in Mining or Civil Engineering. You will have had previous experience working in a senior mining engineer role incorporating the accountabilities listed above. An innovative and strategy-focussed self starter, who thrives on goal achievement, you are driven to achieving the highest Health, Safety, Environmental and Community standards, and Zero Harm practices. PT Cirebon Electric Power, a consortium led by Japan's Marubeni Corporation, which will build and operate a 660 megawatt coal-fired power plant and sell power from the plant to PLN, the Indonesian state owned government utility.

The plant, which will be located in Cirebon west Java will supply power to Java – Bali , where power shortages are expected as demand is likely to outpace supply because of Indonesia's rapid economic growth.

1. Document Control Officer

Responsibilities :

Responsible for the establishment of Document Control Procedure. The document control procedure shall include drawing schedule control procedure, document submittal and receipt procedure, secrecy observation procedure, etc.
Liaison with the project team member for preparation of all technical submissions. Ensure all submissions are submitted in timely manner, appropriate approval/rejection are obtained and formally recorded and that changes and revisions are managed as part of document control process.
Keep track of all documents correspondences and transaction. Maintain and update all document registers.
Monitor and update any change and modification to the technical documents.
Any other to be advised.

Qualifications and skills required are as follows :
Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Science or its equivalent.
Min 3 years as project document controller preferably from oil & gas/energy Company.
Working experience in Document Control may qualify for the position.
Able to communicate well with all level of employee.
Able to work in a group or individually with a minimum supervision.
Good analytical and detail oriented, initiative, creative, proactive.
Good command in English, both written and spoken and computer literate.

2. Project Administration Officer

Responsibilities :

Evaluating, appointing and working closely with external service providers for an efficient and effective delivery of general administration function.
Handling and maintaining project office operations, including but not limited to office services, office maintenance, and operational vehicles.
Coordinating and maintaining the company’s and Human Resources administration, legal documents, permits and administration for expatriates.

Qualifications and skills required are as follows :
Bachelor Degree (S1) from any field.

Experience in dealing with expatriates, local customs, local government/authority and solid knowledge in legal system.
Computer literate is must.
Definitely possesses integrity, service oriented and “Can Do” attitude.
