POSITION SYNOPSIS

Reporting to the Process Manager, you will be responsible for the
identification of alternatives for the mine design in this dynamic Nickel laterite development. You will be accountable for progressing the engineering study through basic and detailed engineering, as required by the study phase, in order to generate an optimised mine plan and extraction sequence. The execution of the mine strategy will comply with local and statutory laws and regulations, whilst ensuring optimum return for both the community and company. You will also be involved in contributing to the Ore Reserve Statement and Project Execution definition.


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE


Your solid background in large scale development projects and exposure to Nickel will be supported by a degree qualification in Mining or Civil Engineering. You will have had previous experience working in a senior mining engineer role incorporating the accountabilities listed above. An innovative and strategy-focussed self starter, who thrives on goal achievement, you are driven to achieving the highest Health, Safety, Environmental and Community standards, and Zero Harm practices. 1. Document Control Officer

Responsibilities :

Responsible for the establishment of Document Control Procedure. The document control procedure shall include drawing schedule control procedure, document submittal and receipt procedure, secrecy observation procedure, etc.
Liaison with the project team member for preparation of all technical submissions. Ensure all submissions are submitted in timely manner, appropriate approval/rejection are obtained and formally recorded and that changes and revisions are managed as part of document control process.
Keep track of all documents correspondences and transaction. Maintain and update all document registers.
Monitor and update any change and modification to the technical documents.

Qualifications and skills required are as follows :
Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Science or its equivalent.
Min 3 years as project document controller preferably from oil & gas/energy Company.
Working experience in Document Control may qualify for the position.
Able to communicate well with all level of employee.
