Position Title: Sales Trade Officer

Location: Semarang

Major Responsibilities

The role would expect you to build up a strong relationship with Correspondent Banking in relation with sales products while managing and maintaining a good relation with clients and promoting bank products to Financial Institution. You would be required to subsequently review sales targets achievement with Head of Trade by assists in open account, general instruction, provide update information while acting as the intermediary between Financial Institution in Indonesia and any of ANZ network points. In addition to this you would be required to attend and schedule client meetings to record minutes while maintaining client files and perform clerical duties.


Assisting the Head of Trade Finance in sales of trade finance products to achieve Business Unit’s target revenue and promoting trade sales products to customers and assisting to structure the products to deliver competitive features, terms and pricing that would be your other responsibilities. You would also be required to deal with customer in person or by telephone to resolve problems / complaint relating to discrepancies spotted on trade transaction while being responsible for providing a first check of trade finance transactions (export import and guarantee). Additionally when not busy actively assist other team members with their duties.

Mandatory Skills


You would be required to provide customers with a high level of service by maintaining good product knowledge, customer relationship and keeping up to date with changes and procedures and the Bank’s regulation/local legal and regulatory changes. You would need to possess the ability to protect customers and the Bank from losses bay maintaining skills and expertise in all international products and services, particularly in attention to detail contained in documents and recognition of transaction attributes with potential issues. Knowledge of trade products/risk together with an ability to identify sales opportunities with good analytical / communication skills and good understanding of front office processes / procedure would be advantageous.

SHIFT SUPERVISOR

Reporting to the Production Manager, this position provides first line management for a shift team engaged in the Paiton Units 7 & 8 coal fired generating facilities, monitoring and oversee a shift operating crew responsible to proper and safe plant operations. Also include safe maintenance activities like unit start up/down on line operation/monitoring and compliance with government regulation and company directives.

The shift Supervisor will coordinate with PLN on system operational matters including load scheduling and conduct shift hand over meeting with other shift teams, working with Engineering and Maintenance groups to ensure defect, work orders, and outstanding jobs related to safety, availability and efficiency of the station, are appropriately identified, prioritized and acted upon in a timely manner.

The candidate should have a University degree (S1) Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent with up to 5 years working experience in a large modern Power Station or similar industry; have good oral and written English communication skills. Reporting to the Chemical Engineer, run test on plant steam and water circuits to determine the chemical constituents. Monitor and maintain make water system, pre treatment, SWRO, DWRO and demineralises, including service water and potable water to determine the chemical. Analyse the quality of the boiler water make up water system, cooling circuit, water treatment, waste water treatment and associate system. Troubleshoot water treatment system, sub system and devices using generally accepted method, instruction manual and common sense to locate the cause of malfunctions. Record and update the inventories and safe handling procedures for chemical supplies; ensure compliance with dangerous regulation.

The candidate should have graduate from Polytechnic or D3 majoring in Chemistry with 3 years working experience preferably at coal fired power station or similar industry and English communication skill is essential

• Server/product deployment, expansion & testing

• Troubleshooting on platform/products/networking/telecom/database
• Take full responsibility of resolving queries
• Coordinate with various functions internally to resolve problems


Skills Required

• Windows System administration & Working knowledge on Linux Servers
• Basic Knowledge on LAN, Routers, Firewall, VPN & VLAN
• Experience in Database, backup, Product Support, Production Support/Application Support
• Knowledge on Telecom Networks is an added advantage
• Good communication skill (English & Bahasa)
